Roger Lehmann is Director of the clinical islet transplant program and of diabetology, and Professor for endocrinology and diabetes at the University Hospital, Zürich, Switzerland.

He is past-president of the Central European Diabetes Association, past-president and honorary member of the Swiss Diabetes Association and the Artificial Insulin Delivery Systems and Pancreas and Islet Transplant Association (AIDPIT). His research interests include physical activity in diabetes, gestational diabetes, insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring, and particularly pancreatic islet transplantation.

He is author and co-author of more than 100 original and review publications, as well as of several book-chapters and national diabetes recommendations.
