Target Participants
General practitioners, family and specialist physicians, clinicians of other specialties, basic and higher physician trainees, nurses, allied health professionals and medical students.
Format & Language
The event will take place in physical format and will be conducted in English.
Entitlement
Participants can attend all keynote lectures, thematic sessions, lunch symposiums, interactive workshop and the exhibition. Complimentary lunch will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis (limited quota).
Professional Accreditations
Accreditations have been awarded by various Colleges of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and other accrediting bodies in Hong Kong. For details, please refer to the “Professional Accreditations” section.
Certificate of Attendance
Participants of the HKMF will receive an e-certificate of attendance, which can be downloaded from May 20, 2025 to July 20, 2025 on this website. Any requests for e-certificate made beyond this period will be subject to an administration fee (HKD$50). Please note that physical copies of the certificate will not be issued.
Event Photos & Recordings
The Organizer will take photos and videos during the event for any purposes in connection with the promotion, marketing or record of HKMF. However, participants’ identification will not be revealed without prior consent. Unless authorized by the Organizer, any form of recording during the presentations is prohibited.
Bad Weather Arrangement
The event will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise notified. We will take necessary precautions and arrangements to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants during such circumstances.
Liability
The Organizer will NOT be responsible for personal accidents, loss and/or damage to private property. Participants should arrange their own personal/travel insurance and take care of the personal belongings at all times.
