Medical Practitioner: general and medical practitioners, family and specialist physicians, clinicians of other specialties (inclusive of Fellows of the Colleges of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine).
Trainee: basic and higher trainee doctors of one of the Colleges of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, interns and housemen.

Method of Payment
Please pay the registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) by using credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Letter of Invitation
If you need an invitation letter as supporting document for leave, travel and visa arrangements, please contact the Forum Secretariat at meeting.hk@mims.com upon successful registration. However, the letter does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Cancellation Policy
All registration fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. If, for any reason, the Organizer or any part thereof is prevented from being held, or if the venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such circumstances, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, loss, or any other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all claims for loss or expense against the Organizer arising therefrom.
